INE Text-In Keyword

Prospective students will have the opportunity to access the first content card in the sequence via a text-in keyword.
Text-in keywords can be used at events, placed on physical marketing materials/websites, email signatures, and more to encourage prospective students to reach out for information.

❗️Text-in keywords are not case or space-sensitive
When prospective students send messages via text-in keywords, they are directed to build a student profile so your institution can collect more information on the student and their interests. Here are some sample auto-responses to the text-in keywords.
A seventh content card will be made by your Full Measure OM to send specifically to students who are texting in through the inbound text-in keyword to ensure we collect their personal information in the survey. The survey for those who you may already have opted in will not as for their personal information again.
Text-In Keyword Best Practices
A successful text-in keyword campaign requires the marketing of the keyword on the institution side. Your prospective students need to know the keyword is available to text into. We've outlined some best practices to aid in your marketing efforts.
Encourage your Student Services staff, Financial Aid office, Support team, or any other additional employees that interact via email with prospective students to include the keyword and texting instructions in their email signature.

Ensure all members of your community that interact with prospective students are aware of the keyword as a resource they can share with prospective students.
Publicizing your text-in keyword on your website is a low-cost, effective way to increase engagement. Tip: include a list of reasons as to why your prospective students should text in!
Share your keyword as posts on your social media account. Use photos and videos to display what texting-in will appear like for students. Put the keyword in your social media bio for quick access and always accessible marketing.
Using an institutional Zoom background for prospective student calls and events? Add the keyword to it!
Add To Physical Marketing Materials 🗞
Adding a simple "Text KEYWORD to 58052" to any physical materials you post on campus or give out at events is a great way to promote the use of the keyword. Review short-codes in the previous section.
Add the text-in keyword as a call-to-action in any form a prospective student may fill out.
