If you're reading this, you're looking to take an existing content card and send it to an existing audience. If you need help uploading an audience or building a content card, those link resources can help you there!
With your card and audience in place, follow these steps to get the word out:
1. Find Your Content Link
Open the content card. In the middle of the 'destination' column, you will see three vertical dots. Click that and 'Copy long link.' Screenshot below for visual learners!
2. Create a Campaign
Visit school.fullmeasureed.com with your existing login credentials, and navigate to the 'Campaigns' section, which has the smartphone icon, as highlighted below. Once on the campaign tab, there is a blue + button on the left-hand side which you can select to open a fresh campaign. If you're editing an existing campaign select it from the drafts. select the pencil next to the campaign to open and edit your draft.
2A. Campaign Name
The campaign name will be an internal label. We recommend including the type of message, date sent, and if this is a one time send or ongoing message.
Examples:
FALL 2021 ACCEPTANCE LETTER - FEBRUARY 1ST START - ONGOING
Spring 2021 Transfer Letter - 2/1/21 - One time send
2B. Message Text
The body text is what will be received by students via SMS. Please keep it under 140 characters, as your shortened link will be about 20 characters. Messages over 160 characters may be cut off, and nobody wants that.
2C. Embedded Link
After the text part of your message, we're going to include the link. To save you time and trouble, please copy the below into the message box, including the double brackets.

Add two spaces, then paste the link you copied from your card. Take your full measure prefix (X.fullmeasure.io) and replace the X in the above text. After where it says student_id>>, replace the Y with the part of your long link (copied in step one)that says organization_id onwards.
Your pasted link will look like this:
https://yourschoolname.fullmeasure.io/#/landing/?organization_id=a04244fe-ef27-48f5-b7f7-dd3fbc14a56c&card_id=d5ddb71b-b489-e48e-e5e9-e59d0474feff
Delete the nonbolded part from yours.
A completed link would look like:

Don't worry about the length! Once this goes out, it'll auto-shorten to about 20 characters.
2D. URL Box
There is also a URL box, but this will go as a second message. We recommend including the URL in your initial message to reduce the likelihood of filtered text.
3. Audience
Under Deliver to, select your uploaded audience or paste IDs and hit save.
4. Timing
Choose your send parameters:
- Immediately: Sends once as soon as it’s activated.
or
- Select Date & Time (Daily, Hourly, Minutely): Sends repeatedly, on the respective interval. Choose start and end dates, as well as which times you want each sent.
We recommend sending either immediately, or daily at the same send hour. Not sure which to choose? We find 4pm to have optimal open rates.
5. Testing
Hit SAVE on your campaign and navigate back to the campaign home. On the left-hand side, there are three vertical dots, with the top option being Test Now. Select that, and then yourself as a tester student. The message will be sent to your phone as if you were a recipient.
6. Resolving
If your link does not load your card, you may have configured it incorrectly. (That's ok, you're learning!) Submit a ticket and let us know so we can send you an email and help out.
7. Sending
Satisfied with your campaign and ready to share? Hit the circle shown above in Testing to activate. It will pop up to confirm your activation, then shift to the 'activated' column and continue to send until your specified end time.
8. Adding to Your Dashboard
Now, you've successfully sent a campaign, it's time to reap the reward of activity metrics. Submit a ticket with the link to the campaign and your dashboard, and we'll get it added in for you as soon as possible.
