The Full Measure platform is designed for you to better connect with students in a way they want to be reached, and stay connected to them throughout their full student lifecycle. This process begins by understanding how to get into and around the platform.
Much like students need orientation to get them on the right track, we believe that getting you set up with the basic Full Measure tools will help you develop a comprehensive mastery of the platform over time.

The top horizontal Navigation Bar lets you access every tool for creating and sharing content via the menu icon (three stacked lines) on the top left corner, which will expand the full menu with both icons and labels.
Once you’re familiar with which icon matches each label, navigate more efficiently by selecting the matching icon on the header menu. The icon of the page you’re currently on will appear highlighted, while inactive pages are gray.

- Audiences [Triangle-square-circle formation]
Access all available students lists, or upload a new audience! You’ll see each audience’s name, number of students, any missing data (due to misspellings, wrong numbers, etc.) and upload status. Timestamps do not appear, so consider adding it to your file name. You can permanently archive old audiences, but if it’s on an active campaign, it won’t deactivate.
- Auto Response [Smiley face]
Catalyze student conversations with auto reponses, which are sent to students if they reply a specified keyword to a campaign message. In your next message, configure an auto response phrase, like “Register” or “FAFSA,” to generate a subsequent response as indicated in the initial message. You can enable these up within a campaign or manage them here.
- Card Library [Two cards]
Create, edit and publish cards for your students to access anytime on your app. These custom cards can connect students with valuable resources, like scholarship offerings, course registration guides, or a calendar of student events. The front of each card is a simple title and image, and the back should provide more details, links to necessary resources and key contact information.
- Campaigns [Phone with signal]
Send and see all messages under campaigns. Drafts are messages you or your team are building, Activated messages are currently running or are programmed to do so at a specified time, and Archived campaigns have completed their run. When creating a message, you’ll need your content, audience, scheduled time, and auto-responses, when applicable.
- Messages [two chat boxes]
Send and receive individual messages to students, from either your department or personal advisor account. Each message will also have timestamps, and an avatar for each student that connects to their full profile.
- Tasks [Three lines with check]
Help students stay on track by enabling tasks to go out to specific audiences with clear action items and deadlines. You can create them from scratch, or use a QuickStart to get moving faster.
