In the mobile app, students will create an account using their email as their username. If they already exist in the system via an FTP/sFTP/s3, they can create an account using their exact first name, last name, email, and phone number. This will match their account that already exists. They can always use their email as their username.
Students cannot simply go into the mobile app and reset their password. They must create an account so that we can associate their mobile phone with their student profile in our system.
