We use the student output from your CRM/SIS system as our single source of truth. Since we don't have an immediate writeback in place for our partner institutions, even if we allowed end users to update the student's phone number in our system, this would just revert back to whatever the phone number was in your system when we update our file again. If you need to update any demographic data on a student's profile, we recommend completing that task in your system of record. The student in our system will update overnight with this change.
If you feel this update is critical to your ability to use the product, please create a zendesk ticket and we will run the integration manually to implement your changes. Depending on the size of your institution, this manual update could take 30 minutes to 2 hours.
