Any messages that you send from the Full Measure system will appear in a thread on the student’s page EXCEPT for batch messages where the student hasn't responded. If you send a batch message, you will not be able to see any of those messages until a student responds, in your inbox or on their page. All direct messages will show up in your inbox, as well as on the student's page.
Outbound from campaign messages, Full Measure managed campaigns, etc; all of the rest of these will appear on each individual student’s page. However, some of these messages will not bump threads in your inbox. When you send out a batch message or message from the beta campaign builder, these outgoing messages will not immediately appear in your inbox. Why? We want to make sure that these outbound messages, with nothing for you to take action on yet, will not take priority over other active conversations or unread messages that you already have in your inbox. Recipients that text back any of the “start” or “stop” phrases will also not disrupt your inbox, but you will be able to see these responses on the student’s page. We’re following the same logic here, we don’t want “stop” messages (where there isn’t a conversation to follow up on) to disrupt your inbox that is active with threads from users that are readily responding. You will continue to receive email and in browser notifications for every inbound message.
