Zendesk is the best way to get your questions answered and your issues addressed.
- Emails to your AM or the support team can get missed if the person you are emailing is in a meeting or away from their computer
- There’s a team of people who monitor zendesk for problems and questions
- Our product and development teams are also on zendesk, so if the same issue comes up multiple times they can use that feedback to prioritize features
When you click on the help button, you can search through our knowledge base to see if you can find the answer to your question or issue. If you can't find anything, you can leave us a message. This will take your email when you submit a ticket so you will receive email responses when we update the ticket.
After you hit the "send" button, you'll receive an email with your ticket information. Any time we update these tickets, you'll get an email.
After we've resolved the issue, we'll close the ticket out.
